Palomar Health RN grades and steps description

Hey, I am working on a pay survey and am trying to find information/descriptions of the different pay grades at Palomar Health. They have Grade 57, 58 and 59, with steps based on years of experience. Can anyone who works at Palomar Health help me out? Thx!
