Hello everybody, I did not see a post on this start date for Pacific College in Costa Mesa so I figured I would start one. I am in the process currently of applying. I am waiting to hear back so that I can be cleared to schedule my interview for acceptance. Has anybody gotten officially accepted for Sep 2023 start yet? I am currently an LVN looking for advanced placement come September. Anybody in my boat? Where are you in the process? I look forward to connecting with potential students come this September.

I'm a current student. They took a few months to get back to me. I'd recommend you to keep emailing and not wait for a reply if it's been over a week. Sometimes, the reply is instant. If you don't follow up, it can take up to a month. The interview is super straight forward and is more of an information session.

I am also going for Sept 2023. I am an LVN as well and actually graduated from Pacific College. I have all pre-reqs but they are trying to determine if they should take one of my classes (Communications) that is required as it was taken in 2012. I am hoping they will accept it so that I can move forward with the process. I passed my TEAS...just need the interview...

Awesome! I am just complete a math class that I need and I should be good to go. What are you thinking of doing for financing?
I am actually an Alternate at a local community college for the ADN program currently so I am waiting to hear from them if I get in or not. If I do I will have saved a lot of money not having to go to Pacific but Pacific is currently my back up.

Have you heard any information on the Nurse Practitioner program @ Pacific College, would love to get some info on someone who took that program.

Received my acceptance into the program on Friday 7/21. I will be asking about advanced placement to see how that will work. I am also waiting to hear back from a public college. Would like to save money too haha.
Did anyone else get in for Sept 2023?

Which public college? I was accepted to the ADN program so to those starting pacific college, good luck I will not be moving forward with them. So thankful for getting in.

Do they do a hybrid LVN to RN? Like all Online classes and clinical in person? For working students?
They have the option for advanced placement for LVNs where you can skip the 1st semester but you have to take a test. The schedule right now is one day of theory on campus and one day of clinical/skill day. 9am-2pm.
You should plan to be on campus once a month. It can go up to 4 times a month + clinical days. They will not work around your work schedule and might give you your clinical day a week in advance.
