I recently sent my application!! So lucky you have an interview! When did you send in your things? And according to the school, admission is based on a rolling basis.

I think everything was complete with my application about two weeks ago and found out about the interview 2 days ago.

Hi all. Has anyone been able to successfully track Pace's receipt of documents for their application (transcripts, LORs, etc)? I saw on their website that they are having trouble with the common application and that they are still trying to match supporting documents to submitted applications. I had sent in official transcripts 2 weeks ago, and it seems as though Pace has not received all - hoping that it is just a matter of matching them up with my application. Just want to see if anyone has been tracking their application. Thanks!

Hi @Marissa621! I called them and it seems as though they are going to be calling individuals if something is missing during their review. Is Pace everyone's first choice here?

I've applied to NYU and LIU Brooklyn. I've already gotten into LIU, but I sent that months ago...way before NYU and Pace. I'm just hoping to hear back sooner rather than later so I can figure out where to go.

Honestly, when I spoke to someone on the phone, they didn't have any of my transcripts checking via computer. However, I went like a few days after to the office and again, the guy said he didn't see anything on the computer. However, he did check in the back for me and one of my transcripts was in, but it was in a pile of mail.

I've also applied to NYU but I'm not really sure which is my first choice. I've heard mixed things about both programs, however, I'm still keeping those fingers crossed that I get in!

Did either of you apply to Suny Downstate? I am waiting for their decision, but Pace is my next choice. I called Pace and they told me not to expect a decision to be made until the end of the month.

Same here, I suppose it is really what you make of it. No program is perfect. Pace is significantly cheaper than NYU by about 30k, so that makes a huge difference. A lot of the nurses I work are basically like telling me to pick the cheapest school because at the end of the day, we all take the same exam, the only difference is who comes out with the least amount of loans

I didn't apply to Downstate as I heard extremely bad things about the program. It is cheaper though so I kind of wished I did. And end of the month?! How about interviews and stuff?

I interviewed on Monday feb. 24th. I received the interview request on friday feb 14th (at Valentines dinner....pretty sure everyone in the resturant thought i had just been proposed to or something) haha. The interview wasn't intimidating....very relaxed. However, I left without a "feeling" of how it went. I believe one of the instructors that interviewed my group said me would find out in two weeks (which would be monday march 10th for me). I know they are having/had interviews on monday feb 24, monday march 10, and monday march 24). I also applied to NYU and NJCU. I'm in the waiting game for all three schools. Just by calculating the interview time slots and number of people alloted for interview times, i'm guessing that they are going to accept 50% of those who they interview. fingers crossed for all of us!!
