PA remote jobs??

Hi. I've been searching for a remote/work from home position for some time now, and I've been having a really difficult time finding jobs that accept Pennsylvania license (a ton of job postings want a compact license.) I'm mostly looking for Utilization Review/ Utilization Management positions at the moment. Those of you in PA who have gotten a remote position, how did you do it and how did you find it?
