Other nsg job besides hospital work

It seems that Phil. hospital experience is not credited in the US. If so, any suggestions to make most of my time and at the same time EARN money? Nurses find it difficult to look for jobs. BTW, I already passed all foreign exams and just looking for a way to make use of my knowledge and skills in a dignified way (and obviously not the LIMITED/NO pay hospital-related work) *vomits*
