Otero junior college nightmare for nurse students

Published

I was a student at Otero junior college, and at the time I was part of a study group. However, they failed most of us including our study group. I transferred to another school but, a lot students whose decided to go back there still want some answers about how to

approach instructors who can't communicate their expectations too well. I truly believe that OJC is a corrupt school, and I want other students to learn how to respond to the issues of having instructors who can't give good guidance on how to prepare for exams. Their exams are strangely hard to pass, and OJC have a history for failing a significant high number of students. I don't believe the problem is because students don't prepare themselves. It is a fact that OJC selects who they want to allow it to pass. It is a fact that even students who pass are not satisfied with their grades. Most of nurse students can barely get a 70% on exams, and instead of teaching instructors just round the grades to whoever they want to allow it to pass. It is a corrupt system regardless of how much you study they have to fail a certain amount of students. There is always an excuse to fail someone. Just a nightmare very stressful. They don't understand that an individual who takes so many prerequisites to prepare for nursing school is not there to have all their affords fade away. OJC instructors are senseless to all the sacrifice students make. They just want to make money by failing as many students as they can. I do not recommend OJC for my worse enemy. There are better schools out there.
