Does any one know what the average starting salary for OTRs in a hospital setting in the mid west is?. I am trying to decide between nursing and OT. I already know what nurses make. I haven't heard any luck since I have shadowed an OT but they won't tell me what the starting salary is. Since you work in hospitals, I though you might know.
