Hi,

Any tips/advice tools that you use to keep your car and day organized for home health?

Thanks:heartbeat

you want to keep some type of system where you can keep extra paperwork, in case you run out of any forms

extra supplies in your trunk, keep a plastic bin, with a cover and then i have ziploc bags also.

staying organized is the biggest thing!!! best of luck;)

I do what cookie does. I keep a folder with extra forms in my car( BIPA forms, lab work forms, HHABNs, MSW referrals, etc). I also have a plastic bin ...I have my "stuff" separated into separate bags -- catheter stuff, IV stuff, wound care stuff, general dressing stuff... it has really saved me some extra trips into the office!

I always try to replace whatever I use so I am never short anything. I also try to refill my bloodwork bags up frequently. Our office even gives us the plastic bin b/c they know how important it is to have the extras on hand. If you aren't sure what to put in it, ask to look at one of your coworkers boxes for some hints. You'll soon come up with your own "organized mess"!
