Hey Everyone!
I just graduated from nursing school and have been offered multiple jobs, I am just debating between starting in the main OR as a new nurse vs. Mother baby as a new nurse. I also work in L/D and mother baby as a surgical tech, so I am familiar with surgeries and recovery. But the mother baby job will not have surgery just PP care the residency is one year. But I am just really confused what to take as a new nurse. Also the OR position is in a much bigger hospital compared to the mother baby its big but not as big!
Help!!
