OR nurse looking for a change

I've worked medsurg for 4 years and I'm currently an OR nurse for 3 years. I'm looking for a change outside of the hospital. Any suggestions? I've thought of working at physicians office or clinic but worried about the pay difference. Does anyone the average pay for Dallas, Tx?
