OR CV/PV Endovascular call

Hi all... new to the forum. Have a question I need answered. My facility is looking at call pay rates for the CV/PV and Endovascular teams. They are considering a HUGE increase for us, but first we need info on our competition.... so, if anyone in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and Ohio are part of any of these teams, please please please I need the info. We are currently at $4/hr.

W. Ky. $2.25 per hr. The call pay is the same for all specialties, no matter what you do.

Hospitals in general will only look at call rates that are at local facilities within maybe 50 miles. Other staes have no bearing whatsoever, Concentrate on what hospitals close to you pay and forget others. Management have a one track mind and could care less what others pay. I think also you have to take in consideration the other members of your OR team and not exclude them from any call raises just because they don't take CV/PV call. You are all on the same team and diversity isn't a pleasant thing.

I work in a Chicago suburb and our call pay is $5/hr for everyone with time and a half if you get called in.
