This question may have been asked before and if so, please point me to the thread and I will read that also.
Right now I am on my externship for a MA program. I want to go back to school for RN. Where in the world do I start, (besides finishing the program i am in now). I have requested info from the community college here. I know who I can talk with there. My issue is that I do not want or feel that I will have the time to attend an actual class. Are there classes online to optain this degree??? Is attending online classes a good choice??? Which schools are good???
I have been searching online and the more I search the more confused I get.
Can anyone help???

I'm not sure where you are, so I don't really know what schools to recommend. I attend a local community college, Roane State, in Tennessee. I am a stay at home Mom to a 4 yr old and a 9 month old, so I have to take all of my classes online. I actually had just started the semester when I had my second son. I took my psy. exam from the hospital bed, lol.
I love taking classes online because I can work at my own pace. If I need to change a diaper or feed a kid I can and then get back to my homework. But you have to have a lot of self discipline! As much as I want to watch t.v. or sleep I cant. I have to study first. I've taken all of my pre reqs online except my science classes and I am taking them in class this semester.
Hope this helps, Good Luck!!
thank you. i think i am going to start at the community college and speak with someone there. my goal is to get a job and then let them pay for the education, but even the best laid plans do not work out, as i have just recently found out! thanks for your response and good luck to you.
