Hello, I just want to know how online RN to BSN classes look like. I was told that online classes are very stressful compared to classroom. I was wondering if anyone can share their experience. Just confused.

Hi PStar. To me, the online classes are no more or no less stressful than the classroom. You still need to perform, you still need to get passing grades. The big difference with the online classes is that you need to be diligent about keeping up with the work. If you are organized, and are pretty independent then you will do fine. I am currently in the RN to BSN program through Grand Canyon University, and from other posts that I have read it is set up pretty similar to other programs. You have 2 discussion questions that you need to respond to during the week (usually first response is due by Weds, and second by Fri), as well as have six responses to other's posts - again, throughout the week. I have either a paper or power point due by Sunday. The bane of the program is doing the group projects, frustrating if you have a bad group, but a breeze if you have a good group.
Good luck in your decision.
Thank you for your responds I will reconsider
