Stanbridge University: Part-time LVN starting 6/18/18

Nursing Students School Programs

Hello Everyone!

My name is Amanda. I am going to be starting the part-time LVN program at Stanbridge University in Irvine, CA on 6/18/18. Anyone else starting with me? I'm so excited! Any current or past students have any advice? There are going to be 5 nights of orientation and I am so curious as to what that will entail (with it being 20 hours of orientation, lol). I am trying to prepare myself to kill it in this program. I bought the "NCLEX PN" app & paid to have all access and bought the giant "Saunders Comprehensive Review NCLEX-PN Examination" book. A little about me; I am 26-years-old & a single-mother to my incredible 5-year-old son. We reside in San Clemente. I decided to go the LVN route being a single mother, I have to work a lot to provide for us. So, I'm doing this LVN program with the intent to later do an LVN-RN bridge program. Anybody know of any good ones? I cannot wait for this journey to begin!

Thanks for reading :)
