One week down

14 to go!

I survived my first week of nursing school. I finally have my uniforms and books. I have 4 med cards to make. I'll set my goal at 4 a week even though they say 2 is the minimum requirement.

I have 4 chapters of reading to do.

I found a journal article on a basic need (nutrition) to write a brief summary on (I will need to do one of these each week to turn in before clinical).

We practiced vital signs which I aced because I do that every day at work. I helped some of my fellow students who were struggling with blood pressures. The prof asked me to, otherwise I would have asked if that was ok.

Hopefully this is a good sign. Week one went great. Praying it continues on this path.

How was everyone else's first week of school this semester?
