Hi there everyone! I am currently attending Glendale Community College and this fall will be my 3rd year and also my last semester! I am very excited that I am finally finishing up my GEs and Prereqs, however, I also have a lot of regrets. I did not try my best in the beginning of college. At the end of this fall semester I will end up with a 3.41 gpa (overall) which is low because I got some Cs on my transcript that ruined it. I also will have a 3.64 in my sciences. I did not repeat any of the 3 science classes (micro, physio, anatomy) which I'm glad. I just wish I got that A in anatomy as well to maintain the 4.0 in sciences instead of a 3.64. I also have a B in English 101.
I am going to apply to ADN programs only, starting this January and February. I will be applying to:
-Glendale Community College
-Pasadena City College
-Los Angeles Valley college
-Los Angeles Community College
-Pierce Community College
-Cerritos Community College
-LA Southwest
-Rio Hondo
-College of Nursing and Allied Health
I was wondering what you think my chances getting accepted to any of the above colleges. I know GCC, PCC and LACC are lottery based and I don't know about the rest. If any of them are point system will you send me a link to it? I have been looking for Rio Hondo's point system but I can't find it. Also on the Chancellor's Formula it says that I qualify 85% so I don't know if this is good or low? If you guys have any information please let me know!
