Hello all,
I am starting a new job on and oncology floor next week. I'm excited! I am wondering if any of you can recommend and hand book that would be helpful on this kind of unit. Something I can carry with me around at work.
Thanks
Anything??

Are you looking for something related to chemo? Much of what you'll be encountering would be covered with a general med/surg reference- lab values, common drugs, calculations, etc. with the exception of chemo, otherwise you'll likely be giving a lot of typical med/surg drugs- antibiotics, anti-emetics, narcotics, and people's home meds. Is it all oncology, or a specific sub-specialty? More surgical or medical?
