I have read several posts about getting RN license and working in Quebec; however, I am still a bit confused. I also read the OIIQ's Obtain Nursing Permit document (link is below this paragraph), and I still have some questions to the Ontario nurses who moved to Quebec.

First of all, I am a recent BScN graduate from Ontario, and I do not have any French education background. However, I have the enthusiasm to explore and work in different provinces, especially Quebec.
So from what I have read from AllNurses forums and some OIIQ documents, I need to complete these to obtain an RN license in Quebec (besides other small requirements and steps):
- Completion of Professional Integration into Nursing in Quebec (6 Months program)
- Pass OIIQ Professional Exam
- Pass OQLF Exam
Is there anything that I am missing?
Should I email CNA or OIIQ if I have more questions?
I have read that Canadian RNs can get one year of Temporary license (renew up to 4 years?) if tell OIIQ that I will be writing OIIQ Professional Exam in the future. If I am not planning to live in Quebec for more than four years, should I just work with a Temporary license?
Also, when I was reading articles and documents from CNA, I realised that there are not as many NPs in Quebec compared to the other provinces.
How difficult would be an Ontario NP to work in Quebec with a full license? I meant like on the top of getting a full RN license in Quebec.
As a Canadian and Canadian Educated Nurse, it's very frustrating that it seems to be more difficult to work in Quebec compared to work in the States. Please help me answering the questions! :)
Thank you in advance.
