Hello everyone and thanks for answering another one of my questions! I Appreciate it & you!
I've been looking to get a few NCLEX RN books to start going through as I'm in nursing school (I will be beginning nursing school in a week, so I'm still in the beginning) has the test changed much? If I get a review book from 2010 is it still OK to study from that or do I have to get the newest addition from 2015/2016?
