Ohio LPN-RN BSN

I have worked in health care for 38 years.

Do any Central Ohio Lpns have any recommendations for colleges that offer a Lpn-RN traditional BSN. I have encountered one college that has a rule that they do not accepted credits greater than 5 years old and would require me to retake anatomy& physiology and Chemistry. This alarmed me because those courses have been the core of my Lpn practices for over twenty years.

I am also in Ohio and I've been an LPN for 11-12 years and I had to retake anatomy, micro, stats, etc. I'm not sure of any program that will give you credit for those.
