Ah!
well I got an interview for one my dream careers and I am so worried! I have been asked to go for an interview tomorrow to work as a nursing attendant in the ICU of one of the hospitals.
I have never applied for a hospital position as I have only worked in the pre-hospital setting as an EMT.
What are some things I should expect during the interview, what are some things i can say to really impress them?
all advice and help greatly appreciated, im a bit worried.

Im not sure if this will help or not but here are a few things i learned in my career development class.
1. wear nice clothes (duh) but in black or gray with minimal makeup and hair pulled back.
2. Bring a notepad to jot down things during the interview.
3. Really think about positive words that describe you most interviewers will ask you to describe yourself in 3 words.
4. At the end of the interview if the interviewer ask "do you have any questions?" ASK ONE. this is where your little notebook comes in handy.
5. Bring a copy of your resume.
6. Research the facility you are going to work for so that if the interviewer asks you why you think you would be good for that facility you can give exact reasons.
7. Send a thank you card
I'll see if I cant find my career book and post more. Hope that helps.
In my interview I was asked to describe myself in 3 words, how my past work experience would help me in this new job, what my future plans were, she asked me what i would do if I were approached by a co-worker who asked me to do something unethical.
you are amazing thank you. I will try to focus on this info, thank you very much!
You are very welcome. Good luck!!
Oh and make sure you give a good handshake when you meet and before you leave.
