OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS-HOLDING

HEY GUYS,

When I completed the ASN program, at the end the school, told me that I owe $4k. I was not made aware of this until, after it was completed. I paid the program with private loans. Now, I have this 4k, debt and the school is withholding my transcripts. I never received a bill or had anything in writing send to my home. Is this normal? I call the school and all they say its that I have a bill.
