ODU Riverside concurrent 2016

Published

Has anyone applied for ODU's tradition bsn program for fall 2015? They recently have a new application where they give you a choice for traditional bsn or riverside's concurrent program. I currently work with riverside and i know they revamped the program so that it will be an AAS then two semesters later you graduate with a BSN from odu.... just wondering if anyone else applied and how was your gpa, hesi score etc.

Hi Lexi695,

I currently attend ODU. I applied for the ODU/Riverside concurrent program. I checked the "either" box on the application. I was late deciding that I wanted to major in nursing so my grades aren't quite up to par with the average acceptance GPA. But hey, the application is free so there really is no harm in applying(maybe my emotions lol). I have a 3.45 GPA and my HESI A2 score was 87.14%. I have a few other back up plans and schools. I also applied to TCC.

Hope to hear from you!

I also applied ...I checked either as well....I have a 3. 4 according to them which averaged all my transcripts....I scored a 77 on the Hesi :( ...I am a second degree student...so hopefully...I can get in...I have options though...was accepted at another school...but I want to stay local....we'll see...

What I found interesting was when I called Riverside they seemed to know nothing about the collaboration a said they were not accepting students because they were revamping the program there....so idk...
