Anyone here an OHNP? I have the opportunity to interview for a position as an OHNP and was wondering what the majority of your day is like? I don't have specific OHNP experience, but have been employed as a FNP x 2 years, and have about 10 years of not-too-distant ER nursing experience. I'm quite comfortable with emergency situations, as well as FP-type stuff, but am admittedly not very familiar with OSHA regs, STD/LTD, etc. They do not require previous experience as an OHN or OHNP, but are looking for a FNP with an ER nursing background - so that is why I thought to apply.
I did check out the OHN section on here, but mostly what I saw there was more for RN positions. Any insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
