O7 Medicare anesthesia cuts?

This question is for anyone who understands how the proposed medicare part B cuts for anesthesia services may affect CRNA practice. If the cuts will decrease MDA and CRNA billable services by up to 8% in 2007 and 10% in 2010 (as forecasted), won't this have a drastic effect on many people's access to healthcare? It sounds like this is only for certain procedures like elective bariatric sx...is this in fact the case? Do you think this may affect the job market? I too have read this and was wondering about a concrete explanation. It seems potential salary cut as well from what I gather. But then again I don't exactly know what I'm talking about? haha
