NYU vs Rochester University

Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

Published

So, I have been accepted into Rochester's accelerated program and I am still waiting to hear from NYU for their accelerated program. If, I do get accepted into NYU I will have very little time to decide between the two since Rochester wants my answer 2 weeks from today. I would like to know what you kind people think would be the option if i end up having to decide between the two. My goals are, upon graduating, to get work in an ICU ASAP(I understand that may not be where I land initially, but eventually). Then after working in the ICU for a reasonable amount of time, apply to a masters program for anesthetic nursing. Take the cost out of the equation(I will iron that out separately), and let me know which program might think would work better for me to achieve my goals.

Thanks!
