NYU compared to other accelerated nursing programs

Hey! So I'm currently a junior at sdsu and have always wanted to do nursing! But I right now I'm getting my bachlors in child development and a minor in human biology, Im planning to go to nursing school somewhere in the east coast although I'm keeping my options open NYU has been my dream school! It's pretty expensive so I was looking at the univ. of Miami? Still planning to apply at NYU don't want to live my life thinking what if. So my question is how would NYU compare to public universities? I have 1/2 of my pre requisites done and got Bs in them. Except for chem, I got a C twice! But I plan to take chem 200 which is general biology instead of intro to chem. Any NYU nursing students tell me any of there experiences!? -aspiring nursing student writing down all thoughts haha.
