Hi there. Im new to the site and Im curious.. I am currently a traveler in bronx,ny and i really enjoy being a traveler. Well, now I'm married and have a 6 month old and I'm ready to become a full time staff nurse. I'm thinking of getting in to case management or dialysis. I've been a nurse for 5 years now and my back hurts...lol... Does anyone know how much these nurses make? I make 1800 a week as a traveler. Any pointers on getting into case management or dialysis without experience? Most of my experience is in tele.
