hi,
i hope to move to georgia in the fall, i have 5 yrs experience in telemetry/pulmonary unit/ med-surg...what would be my expected hourly rate? This is very important. Also what is your nurse-patient ratio.
Being from NYC, nurses stand up for themselves when confronted with a disrespectful doctor...i've written up a couple myself. My question is, how do doctors treat nurses in ATL?

atlanta is very different than living in the ne. being able to stand up for yourself and have support from co-workers and management is not common here what-so-ever. hourly rates depend greatly on experience and nego. expect around $22-28.
