NY CNA transferring license to VA

Hello Everyone this is my first post and i would like to apologize in advance for anything

that isnt correct please bear with me thanks. I have several questions to ask you guys and i would like honest and helpful answers. how hard is it in Richmond,VA to get work as a cna in a hospital? Which is better to work in the hospital, nursing homes or private care at home? I'm already in the process of transferring my license to VA and was wondering how soon do potential employers take to contact you for positions. Last but not least i would like to know are there private agencies that hire cna's for hospital, nursing home, or private care?
