We are required to pass a meal plan this monday. It includes three meals (breakfast, luch and dinner)
Here's the case
Status: Male nursing Student
AGe: 18
Heigh 5'9 tall
weight: 150 Pounds
Disorder: Hypertension
The meal plan invovles
1) Food sources
2) Quantity
3) KCAL/Serving
Help me pls . I also need a rationale so that i can defend our plan

You might try using the DASH diet as a basis for your meal plan, given the HTN.
