hi all...i am investigating the possibility of going agency next spring....am enrolled as a part-time FNP student and right now it is barely manageable with working/just having one class a semester. By summer semester I am going to have to look at either going agency, part-time, prn or a combination thereof. Thankfully after my husband being out of work for 3 years he finally has gotten a job with decent benefits, so that is no longer an issue for us.
I live in the northeast Georgia area and would like to stay in the NE Georgia area or Northern Atlanta suburbs for assignments.
There seem to be so many good and equally many bad stories out there...can anyone in GA recommend a good and reputable agency? Someone I ran into the other day via a chance encounter told me about an agency called health.net or something like that but I can't find it on the internet anywhere...I don't know how to contact this person to get the info from her again.
Thanks for any help!

Welcome to the agency world! :balloons: I live in Tennessee but Hospital Resource Personnel staffs in both states, TN and GA. I've had friends staffed all the way down to Atlanta. Their office is located in Chattanooga,TN and if you would like more info on them I would be glad to give it to you. I have been with them for 11 years and I love them, as a matter of fact, I used to work 3-4 different agencies at a time but have decided that HRP was enough for me. :) Hope this helps. Also, you might consider getting endorsed by TN board, that would also help you maintain shifts. Good luck with your decision.
