Nursing Waiting List

I am apply to get in to the nursing program in Valencia in FL (thats if I ever pass the darn teas exam)there is a waiting list of about 1 year, My question is do all colleges have a waiting list? If so what is the waiting list for your college?

I am planning on moving to the Orlando area for nursing school, so I am familiar with a few other nursing programs in the area. Seminole State does not have an official waiting list, as you have to reapply if you are not accepted. However, from what I understand from their website, Seminole tends to admit students in order of when they completed their pre-reqs. UCF offers a BSN program and an ABSN program. UCF's programs do not have waiting lists.
