Nursing subject explained

Hi, I need some advice from any graduate nurse from US . I m trying to register with CGFNS but my school has some issues in filling out the academic record form and they want me to figure this one out  . 

Can anyone please explain to me these subject and what exactly did you study in them ? I might have studied the same but the name is different or we call it somehow else here in europe . I tried googling the subjects but obviously I couldnt find the answers I need . Please see here : 

Community health concepts ??? Is this public nursing and social assisstance ??  

Physical assessment = is this practical skills ?? 

Ethical consideration = is this ethics and deontology  ?? 

Healing Counseling / human growth and development throught the lifespan ?? 

Interpersonal relationships = psychology and behaviour ?? 

Leadership in nursing = management in nursing ?? 

Legal aspects in nursing= legislation in nursing  ?? 

Personal and family health concepts = family planning , sterility and contraception ??? 

Professional roles and functions ???
