hello,

im going to take the hesi a2 adimission test soon and i was wondering which book is better? [color=#0000cc]rn pre-entrance exam review guide or evolve reach admission assessment exam review ??? please somone tell me which one to study. i got my cna then got my medical assistant and i think i'm ready go get my rn (i wanted to crawl before i walked). i have worked in hostpitals, home health and nursing homes and i'm ready for a change so, i have decided to get my rn. any advice on which book to purchase would be greatly appreciated .

I took my HESI A2 a few months ago. Theres quite a few sections but we tested in grammar, reading, A&P, and math. The HESI assesment study guide was PERFECT for the grammar, math, and reading. As far as the A&P I suggest you may need brush up on everything bc it was pretty detailed & random questions. I am not sure if theres an A&P book specifically for nurses out there. I do suggest it though. I BARELY passed it and wished i had a better score. The only reason I passed was bc I did study outside of the book and did use it as just a guide... I went more in depth with my A&P textbook. I would also just google anatomy review or something. In all its pretty easy and basic. Good luck :)
