I am wondering whether I am having a wrong impression about nurses and nursing. During the clinical, I have seen the nurses not even talking to their coworkers and not asking any help from coworkers and CNAs.
My biggest worries are I am very introverted and not enjoying small talks with coworkers/classmates. I do not have any problem talking to professors or managers. In other words, I like to talk about academics but not about personal things - I am a boring person.
They don't really discuss care between coworkers and stuff. They might ask for consultation from other department or MD. What do you think?
I have been worried because I am very quiet and introverted. If my understanding is correct, I would be confident about me being a good nurse.
