Nursing School Graduate, Still waiting for ATT

Published

I am not sure how to access the forum area about enforcement. It's been a long 2 years, 3 months for me and still waiting for the BON to finish whatever they are doing. I had one dismissed misdemeanor and two traffic offenses. Submitted two declaratory orders after receiving notice to resubmit, more than one year after they got the first one. All I received in the mail was a demand to never contact them by any means to check on my file, even after the 6 months had passed, as they reserved the right to take as long as they wanted and never respond at all, if that's what they wanted. What kind of operation are they running over there, anyway? They claimed to have sent a letter back in June 2012, but I doubt it since I never got it. I have no idea what's going on, but finally received a letter stating they would send a proposal a month after I moved out of Texas!!! I don't want to go through all this in New Mexico again, and I'm sure not moving back to Texas, so I don't really know what to do. I didn't even give them my forwarding address, I was so disgusted with them.

Well, if you moved states, you have another BON to deal with. It's back to square one as I understand it. Good luck!
