Nursing refresher

Checked out both sources for Nursing Refresher in San Diego and UC only offers refresher for RNs not LVNs which doesn't make any sense we both do similar jobs... and Grossmont College my other lead said they are no longer doing nursing refresher courses.

My LVN license is current also have on my license IV/Blood draw certification and my CPR/ACLs is current but had to help out with family abroad and now I want to take the refresher course... I will be going for RN since I already have a Bachelors of Science next year but now...

I don't want to have take on the expense (again) of going up to LA paying for refresher paying for hotel, food and I know I am going to do some shopping. The course should be available in San Diego and I shouldn't have to drive to LA each time to take it.

Anyone? any updates on this subject matter?
