Nursing Programs in Memphis

Hi! I am currently considering The University of Memphis and UTHSC both for their ABSN programs. I've heard good things about University of Memphis, but haven't really heard much about UTHSC. Does UTHSC have a good program? Would you recommend one school over the other?

Hey I recently applied to UTHSC. I don't have an answer to your question but wanted to know how long it took after you submitted the application for you to get an interview?

Hi! I believe I applied around late December/early January. They gave me a virtual interview assessment thing to complete a couple weeks after that. And I just received an email on March 1st saying I was accepted. So total, it took about 2ish months. It says they're doing rolling admissions now though so I'm not sure if the timeline will be shorter or what ?  because I applied when they had an actual submission deadline

Thank you that's good to know. I applied last month, but it seems one of my transcripts is still processing. I'm a little worried cause like it may fill up before I even have a chance haha. Rolling admissions makes it kinda hard to figure out the timeline.

You may have luck messaging some of the admin on the facebook group to get student experiences.
