Hi Everyone,
I've been interested for some time in some of the hospitals in New York City. NYP, Mt. Sinai, and NYU Medical Center. I was just wondering what life is like for a new Nursing grad living & working in NYC? I'm not from there and have only heard things like how expensive things are, you can't have a care etc.
All those things set aside the Hospitals are all among the best in the country and the city is awesome. I've visited a few times and each time its been one of the most exciting places ever. I'm just curious if anyone went through this as a new hire.
How your quality of life was back then and is now? I worry about simple things like where could I get a membership to a pool? Do they have that. Could I afford that. What would my living accomdoations look like.
Thanks ahead of time
