Nursing in the Future

Published

Nursing in 75 years..........Whats gonna change, whats gonna be new, what will we get rid of?

50 years ago, nurses didnt wear gloves, didnt wash their hands,

Used glass syringes, metal bed pans

Men in nursing was unheard of

Nurses wore hats and dresses

So what about the future??????????????

I think we wont have needles anymore, but most meds will be given by air injection... The have this now, military uses them for mass vacinations, but it will move to the civilian world.....

I think computers will take the place of nurses in many aspects

Docs will be available by live feed, and the nurse or other doc will use a camera to assist a doctor in another state or area to assist with assessment/diagnosis/surgery

Doctors will be able to do surgery from another location via robots and cameras

I think we'll have specific antibiotics are phage therapy to attack a specific organism in your body, instead of all of these broad spectrum.....

How about you, what do you think?
