Hello,
I am currently in the process of getting my british nursing diploma recognised by the french and its an utter nightmare.
The actual process is:
Get it recognised by la direction regionale de la jeunesse , des sports et de la cohesion sociale (they give you the permission to work as a nurse)
Then ordre national des infirmieres (register with them like the NMC)
And finally you go the DRASS depending on where you want to work in france and thats after finding a job to register with them too
Why the french are so complicated
I am still stuck with the first, they keep asking for more and more documents i spent more than a £1000 on translations and uni documents. And they can actually whether refuse your application or make you work a year for free ( as a placement)
Please has anybody gone through this process before was it easier any help advise please
Thank you
