Nursing Diagnosis for PICU

Hi, so I am a nursing student and recently had my clinical for peds in a picu setting. I had a child with post craniotomy and am doing a careplan on her. There are so many nursing diagnosis I feel like go along with her care and wondering what the top ones should be? She is 5 years old. Her right side is weak and she can't move it. She doesn't talk. An mri was done and she did have a stroke but it did not effect her language so it is unknown why she cannot talk. The stroke was kind of an expected finding after surgery. She wasn't eating very much. She had battled fever all day.

My nursing diagnosis that I came up with:

Acute Pain, impaired physical mobility, risk for infection, risk for bleeding, risk for injury, risk for falls, anxiety, fear, impaired verbal communication

There are so many risk fors I don't know which would be top 2
