Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, Florida has a masters in nursing. Their tuition and dorm rates are very affordable. The college is very international student-friendly. I have met students from Taiwan, Russia, and all over the world. I went there for a year, but had to come home for health reasons. My brother is going there. It is a Baptist college. Sound Bible teaching, missions minded. Excellent, Christian teachers who integrate personal relationship with Jesus Christ into their teaching. I recommend it highly. I don't know for sure about licensing transfer, but I am sure they would be willing to work with you on it. If not, they could help point you to a college that does. Just call 1-800-PCC-INFO.
