Looking for Arizona nursing job

I've had 2 years experience as a nurse and haven't found anything I love.. mostly because I don't think I am cut out for 12 hour shifts. I've worked in the cpcu and most recently I work on a floor that is a mosu unit so ive also had experience with med surg ortho tele and I'm currently training to be an icu nurse.. I just don't think hospital hours are right for me. Does anyone know any jobs in Arizona hiring for 40 hour work weeks during the day (My body can't handle night shift anymore). I'm open to clinics, home health and mainly hospice I've been looking all over for positions but haven't found anything.
