Nursing Assistant positions in Dayton

I finished my nurse aide training class last week and am now looking for work as a nursing assistant. I just wanted to get opinions on the best nursing homes to work at in the Dayton area. I am specifically interested in Bethany and Shiloh Springs Care Center. Thank you for you help. :)

i worked my way through school at bethany. For the most part I really liked it there. I only worked prn during the school year and then picked up full time hours during my breaks, but I did like it. They were short CNAs when I left so sometimes it was hard work. They were very willing to work with me during my school hours. It is very separated there, you sign onto a unit and you pretty much don't see the rest of the areas. any other questions just ask. :)

I work at Walnut Creek and they are great. They pay for you school and give you some nice benefits.
