Subject: World Trade Center Relief Effort
The New York State Nurses Association (NYSNA) is assisting the New York
State Department of Health (DOH) in its effort to provide relief to the
victims of the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in Manhattan.
NYSNA is taking information from nurses who want to volunteer for the relief
effort. The DOH will contact volunteers as needed. Please provide the
following information:
1.) Name of nurse
2.) The state in which the nurse is licensed.
3.) Address
4.) Phone number
5.) Nursing Specialty
6.) Availability (Dates and Days)

*Organizations (such as State Nurses Associations) and department managers
