Nurses Plz Give Your Experince working for a Non-Medical Homecare Agency paying per visit

Hello,

I just got approved by the state of Georgia to operate as a NON-MEDICAL PRIVATE HOMECARE PROVIDER. This is my first business and I would like to know EVERYTHING about your experience as a non-medical homecare nurse. I am going to pay my nurses per visit, so I would like to know how much are you all getting paid per visit? I also would have to have the nurse go and do follow-ups, how much should she paid for that as well as supervising the CNA's when its time to evaluate them? I'm not a nurse so I really need as much input from you wonderful nurses. I am a CNA and have been for 10yrs so I'm super excited about this. I would love to pay my nurse by the hr however I am a new small business running from my home. So, NURESE GIVE ME ALL THE INFO YOU THINK I NEED, I SURE CAN USE YOUR HELP. I plan on doing my hiring beginning January 2015 so I need you all.
