Nurse Residency Program at Penn Medicine - HUP Nursing Residency

Hi!  Has anyone went through HUP, under Penn Medicine's, nurse residency program?  If so, how was it?  Did you learn a lot and did you feel supported as a new to practice RN?  Also, I've read other places that the salary increases from CN1 to CN2.  Does anyone know the rate increase after 1 year?  I currently have an offer from them and Einstein and was hoping to gain some insight before deciding.  I like that Einstein is a level 1 trauma but I'm not sure how much that matters if I don't wan't to work in ED.  I toured both facilities and Einstein is definitely an older hospital and isn't as sanitary but seems to have opportunities for learning.
