Saudi license validation

Please I need help! Been calling saudi council for specialties to track my request for license validation which i send before ramadan, but i cant get tru their website, Anyone who has an idea how to contact them?

I don't know if there has been a change in the way SCFHS processes requests for COGS but it used to be that someone has to personally go to their office with a photocopy of the certificate, make the request and pay the fees. In my experience, they did not provide any tracking number but it arrived to my requested destination in about 2 weeks or so. I have not tried contacting them but agencies in Gulf countries are quite notorious when it comes to customer service.

As a last resort, if you're still in Saudi why not pay them a visit, if not, and you still have some friends over there, try asking a very big favor to make a follow up or make another application.
